Thornapple Excavating was selected for the construction of an updated building and service center for the Fox Mazda dealership on 29th street beginning in the fall of 2019. One larger building replaced the two existing buildings on-site.
The project scope included demolition of the existing parking lot, site concrete, and utilities. Thornapple crews also regraded the existing retention pond on-site, as well as other typical excavating services for commercial projects.
Thornapple was also the excavating contractor on the initial project in the early 2000’s.
